Booking and Cancellation Policies for Private Events and Pop-up Events
1. Confirmation and Deposit: To secure the date and begin planning the event, we require a security deposit. Since these are highly personalized events, in the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable, protecting the secured date and the organizational work done.
2. Balance and Number of Participants The final balance is due approximately one month before the event date. The final guest count and all logistical details will be confirmed at this time. Once the balance has been paid, no refunds (neither monetary nor vouchers) will be issued in the event of cancellation or reduction in the number of participants, as costs and commitments to the partners involved will already be confirmed.
3. Yoga Voucher: If the client cancels before the balance is paid, I will be happy to issue a voucher for the value of the Yoga experience, covering only the amount related to my professional teaching services. The voucher will be valid for one year from the date of the canceled event, allowing you to reschedule the activity on another occasion.

5. Pop-up events and gift cards: In case of non-participation in the pop-up event, the fee paid is non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you're purchasing a gift card with a pop-up event, you can convert it to a private event within the expiration date.
