🜁 🜂 Outdoor Yoga, connected with the elements of the Earth 🜃 🜄

Where Yoga and tribal rhythm are your well-being

A beautiful inner journey to discover our most authentic and profound Self. Because knowing oneself is the first step on a path that leads to freedom, balance, peace, and ultimately, happiness. We will begin with pranayama, followed by an energizing vinyasa flow or a restorative yin, we will laugh, let go into somatic dance movements, and conclude with a meditation in savasana; all levels are welcome!

So, will you join me?

I look forward to seeing you, Ele

I am a certified teacher according to the Yoga Alliance method, and I will continue to be a student every day. Discovering Yoga helped me to know myself and find balance in life. I hope it will be the same for You.

VINYASA YOGA

It is a dynamic, fluid yoga practice, following the rhythm of the breath (Ujjayi breathing, a very deep nasal breath). The connection between Asana & Breath is very important. Unlike, for example, Hatha Yoga or Yin Yoga, it is certainly a faster style of yoga; it strengthens the body, working on those little muscles you never even knew you had. And since, I repeat, everything is connected, if the body strengthens, the mind benefits as well.

PRANAYAMA

Prana means life force, breath + Ayama means control, extension. B.K.S. Iyengar defines pranayama as "to prolong & restrain the breath"; he also states, "The breath is the vehicle of awareness." With pranayama techniques, the respiratory, circulatory, and digestive systems improve, tensions are eliminated, and body, mind, and intellect are purified. It creates space in the mind, setting it free. Breath is the most sacred thing for every living being; breath is Life.

YIN YOGA

A more relaxed and slow style of yoga; we hold poses for a long time to eliminate tension and open the body. Yin is an intense and slow practice that aims to stimulate vital energy. During the class, we hold poses for several minutes to let gravity act passively on the muscles; we try to listen to and feel every sensation. It provides great flexibility and frees you from all physical and mental tension. COUPLE YOGA Couple yoga is a shared practice where two people use physical contact, mutual trust, and breath awareness to perform postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and moments of meditative connection. You don’t need to be romantic partners: it can be practiced with a friend, a family member, or a colleague. The goal is not performance, but connection, deep listening, and mutual support. Trust and communication: the poses require collaboration and dialogue, even non-verbal. Presence: you cultivate attention toward yourself and toward the other person, simultaneously. Deep connection: it fosters empathy, intimacy, and harmony in the relationship. Physical and emotional support: the other becomes a real anchor, both in body and mind.

PRENATAL YOGA

A gentle practice designed to accompany women throughout pregnancy, in all its phases. Through mindful movements, breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation, it helps to keep the body supple, the mind serene, and to create a deep connection with the baby. Supporting the changing body: gently strengthens muscles, improves posture, and alleviates common pregnancy discomforts (back pain, swelling, fatigue). Preparing for birth: teaches how to breathe consciously and relax—valuable tools during labor. Cultivating the bond with the baby: every practice becomes a moment of listening and connection. Promoting mental and emotional well-being: reduces anxiety, fears, and tensions, promoting calm and confidence.

FACE YOGA

A holistic practice that combines facial muscle activation and conscious breathing, giving tone, elasticity, luminosity, and relaxation to the face. All within a journey of authentic well-being — physical, mental, and expressive.

Yoga: a path, just like the path of Life

The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit yujir, meaning to unite, to connect, to bind.

The goal of Yoga is to find SAMADHI, liberation, peace. Yoga is Union, connection between body + mind + spirit. Yoga shapes you, molds you; it is a journey of self-discovery.

Union with nature, with what surrounds us. Union of the senses that activate and become an ear in deep listening. Starting with the breath, continuing with the asanas, and since there is union between body and mind, the mind also shapes itself positively, which allows you to listen to yourself and also begin a path of nutrition that is more suitable and healthy.

Breath

The Breath is the most sacred thing for every living being; the Breath is Life. Rhythmic control of the breath is fundamental to calming the mind, listening to ourselves, and letting go, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the Flow. The Breath allows us to remain vigilant and attuned to our deepest Self, feeling truly alive. Connected inside and out of Ourselves.

Asana

Asana means posture, and it is the third of the eight limbs described by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. They are the Asanas, or physical positions, that represent the foundation for the practice of Yoga. Positions that we repeat with a steady rhythm, creating a Flow. By controlling the mind, we control the body, achieving a deeper & more conscious movement. Movement helps us to purify, to heal, to express ourselves.

Awareness & Presence

It is important to be Aware, present. If there is presence in movement, there is awareness; with these elements connected, there is Yoga. There is calm and peace in the mind. Without awareness, it becomes mere physical exercise. Listen to body & mind, everything that is inside and outside of you, let yourself go into the Asana. With awareness, you learn to know yourself.

Repetition, Rhythm & Alignment

Creating and following a rhythm is essential. Repeating asanas, allows you to experience them, be more present & connected, entering the state of flow. Knowing the correct alignment, gives confidence, understanding a posture better and going deeper.

" It is through the alignment of the body that I discovered the alignment of my mind, my Self and my intelligence " B.K.S. Iyengar

Bandhas

A 'fundamental element, in the practice of Yoga. Bandhas are specific energy points in our body, which we activate through our muscles. They improve stability, balance, alignment in our posture, and help greatly in the practice of Pranayama.

Union, Connection, Freedom, Exploration

What I Love in Yoga, is that you try to undo the 'Ego, there is no competition between students. You are You and your mat, free. Union of body, mind and spirit, of asana and breath. Staying connected to the World. OM.
